Pre-Planning Advisor & Aftercare Liaison
Our Pre-Planning Advisor and Aftercare Liaison educates families on the benefits of pre-planning and the options available at our funeral home. They work in advance to create a service best fitting for the family. This position requires a person who is self-motivating and Eager to learn.
Job Description:
- Consistently networks and builds relationships to generate recommendations for gaining referrals for both at-need funeral and pre-need arrangements using company tools, processes and standards
- Developing and maintaining relationships within the community to generate qualified leads
- Follows- up on leads generated from marketing campaigns to qualify lead and schedule sales appointments
- Holds self-accountable for prospecting daily, such as making calls on historical files, face-to-face during events, networking or group seminars
- Responds to client inquiries in a timely respectful sensitive and professional manner
- Track and document leads provided by VPP marketing- submit a lead tracking spreadsheet at the end of each month
- Explains and presents The Personal Planning Guide presentations to families served and referred families
- Provides aftercare services to families that have experienced a recent loss
- Works Senior fairs, expos and facilitate group seminars
