Addison Kris Cummings, infant daughter of Ryan and Monica (Pontius) Cummings of South Bend, died at birth at 8:32 a.m. on Friday, May 30, 2008, in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth, IN.
Addison is survived by her parents, her maternal grandparents, Allen and Donna Pontius of Plymouth, IN; her paternal grandparents, Steve and Dianna Cummings of Greenfield, IN; her maternal great-grandfather and step great-grandmother, Paul and June Pontius of Florida, her paternal great-grandparents, Harold and Rosa Cummings of Chatham, New York and Jo Ann Abel of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by two aunts: Christa Cummings of Greenfield, IN and Courtney and Brian Eddy of Indianapolis, IN.
Private Family Services will be held.
