Angel LeeAnn Henriksen, infant daughter of Jamie L. and Dale R. (Lancaster) Henriksen of Plymouth, died at birth at 4:23 p.m. on Thursday, May 25, 2006, in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center Plymouth.
Angel is survived by her parents, a brother, Dean, her maternal grandparents, Dale and Judy Lancaster of LaPaz; her paternal grandmother, Peggy and Bill Pongratz of Oskosh, WI, and her paternal grandfather, Alan Henriksen of Markesan, WI. Her maternal great-grand mother, Dora McLean of LaPaz, and her paternal great-grandparents: Duane and Amy Henriksen of Markesan, WI and Patt Dodd of Oskosh, WI, also survive.
Graveside services, officiated by Pastor Stephen Cox of the Cornerstone Community Fellowship Church, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2006 in Fair Cemetery, north-west of LaPaz.
Memorial gifts may be made to the family.
