Celebration of Life
Angela Dawn (Rash) Fisher, 51, of Culver, IN, passed on to her heavenly home to be with Jesus on March 9, 2026, at Goshen Hospital. She was 51 years old.
Angela was born on April 6, 1974, in Bremen, Indiana to Gregory and Kathy Rash.
Angela graduated from Laville High School in 1992. In 1996, she began working for Dr. Holm at Holm Medical Clinic as a billing specialist. After 25 years with Dr. Holm, she transitioned to Gibson Insurance, where she worked as a Client Account Manager in Employee Benefits. She took joy in her career and the people who she worked with.
On October 7, 2000, she married the love of her life, Joel Fisher. Together they built a life centered on faith, family, and devotion to one another. Their marriage of 25 years was a beautiful testament to love, partnership, and enduring commitment through every season of life.
Angela’s greatest joy in life was her family. She loved cheering on her boys from the stands whether it was at football or baseball games, or showing livestock at the county fair and various shows. Angela was like a mom to many of her boys’ friends, always giving them the same encouragement, support, and care she gave her own children. Her family was the light of her life.
She found deep purpose in caring for those she loved and created a home filled with warmth, encouragement, and faith. She carried herself with grace and humility, always putting others before herself. Whether through her comforting words, thoughtful prayers, or quiet acts of service, Angela touched the lives of many. Those who knew Angela will remember her for her gentle spirit, her warm smile, and her ability to make others feel seen and loved. She possessed a rare kindness that radiated to everyone she encountered.
Angela was an active board member of the Marshall County Cancer Association. She was also a devoted member of Plymouth Wesleyan Church, where she devotedly served on the church board. She faithfully served the Lord and encouraged others in their walk with Christ. Her faith was not only something she spoke of, but something she lived out daily through love, patience, and compassion. Even during life’s most difficult trials, Angela remained steadfast in her trust in God’s plan and lived out Proverbs 31:25, “She is clothed in strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” Angela’s life reflected a quiet strength, deep compassion, and unwavering faith that would guide her throughout her life.
Angela is survived by her beloved husband, Joel Fisher of Culver, IN; her children, Jacob Fisher (Abbey Gunning), Tucker Fisher (fiancee Kylie Tesman), and Michael Skiles (fiancee Emily Chatham); her father, Gregory Rash; sister, Jessica Holderman (Phil); and in-laws Larry & Janice Fisher.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathy Rash.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, caretakers, family, and friends who supported and cared for Angie during her fight with cancer. A special thank you to the healthcare team at Goshen Hospital for their compassion and care. Though Angela’s earthly journey has ended, her faith assures us that this is not goodbye, but rather a joyful reunion in the presence of our Lord and Savior. As Scripture reminds us in 2 Timothy 4:7, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 11AM - 2PM at Plymouth Wesleyan Church, 11203 Michigan Road, Plymouth, IN 46563. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at 2PM with Pastor Chris Taylor officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Marshall County Cancer Association. PO Box 895, Plymouth, IN 46563
