My wife and I met Anthony several years ago at The Gathering in Cave in Rock IL as our ministry handed out free food, water and Faygo. We just loved on the kids making sure they were taken care of. Over the years we kept in touch, with Anthony and Jake even coming down to spend a day with us. I have a video of Anthony sharing his testimony to others at The Gathering….I will treasure it always. Anthony called me “Pops” whenever he called or messaged and I was honored that he did. We loved him as one of our own kids. He messaged me Sunday before he passed to let me know what was going on and that he loved us. I know how much our hearts ache over his passing, so I know yours is even more. We pray Holy Spirit comforts you all. Know this…. Anthony will never be forgotten. We talk about him all the time in ministry when we tell people about The Gathering outreaches. He will always have a place of special love in our hearts. Blessings
