Beverly Kay Lozier, 89, of Argos, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 21, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on January 17, 1936, in Warsaw, Indiana, Beverly was the daughter of Cecil and Kathryn Bair. She married her high school sweetheart, Fritz Lozier, on March 20, 1954, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Together, they shared 65 years of marriage until his passing on December 19, 2019.

A devoted mother and grandmother, Beverly built a full and meaningful life centered around her family. Her career was marked by a strong work ethic and varied roles, from working at the soda counter at Cumberland Pharmacy in Bourbon to serving as a mail carrier and school bus driver for the Triton School District. She also worked in the orthopedic industry, beginning at OEC in Bourbon and later retiring as an inspector from Biomet in Warsaw.

Known for her quiet demeanor, kind spirit, and dedication to those she loved, Beverly took great pleasure in the simple joys of life. She cherished her vegetable garden, enjoyed completing puzzles, and was a devoted Chicago Cubs fan, never missing a game on television. Beverly also enjoyed many years of league bowling with friends. A true animal lover, she had a special fondness for her cats, Izzy and Charlie.

Beverly was an active member of the Bourbon United Methodist Church, where she contributed to the women's group and played in the handbell choir for many years.

Beverly is survived by her children: son, Tony Lozier of North Webster, IN; Tom (Diane) Lozier of Thomson, GA; Fritzi Broka of Argos, IN; and Margo Lemler of Argos, IN; grandchildren, Uriah (Lozier) Graham, Tyler Lozier, Quintin Lozier, Alyson (Lozier) Murray, Wolf Broka, Orion Lemler, and Joey Lemler; great-grandchildren, Violet Murray, Horace Murray, Miley Lozier, and Bentley Lozier.

She was preceded in death by her parents, beloved husband Fritz, brother, Glenn “Ted” Bair, and her stepsiblings, Harvey Hepler Jr. and Donabelle Miller.

In accordance with Beverly’s wishes, no formal services will be held.
