In Memorial

Bonnie Renee Jones, 66, a Garden Court East resident for the past five years, died unexpectedly in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka, at 3:46 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2012.
Bonnie will be remembered for her smile and the love she had for her family, her sister, her grandchildren and for others as evidenced by her having enrolled in the Indiana Organ Procurement Program.
Born in Mishawaka on January 26, 1946, Bonnie was the daughter of William E. and Florence L. (Banks) Jones. She grew up in North Liberty, graduating from North Liberty High School with the class of 1964. She had also spent many years residing in Crandon, Wisconsin.
Later in life, she returned to live in Plymouth and had been employed at the South Bend Medical Foundation for over 12 years. She was well liked and enjoyed the friendships she made with her co-workers.
She also enjoyed the companionship of her two cats, Trixie and Dixie. An avid reader and knitter, Bonnie was a member of the Calvary Lutheran Church.
Bonnie is survived by her sons Joseph Perry of Paoli, IN. and William Perry of Crandon, WIS.
Her sister and brother-in-law, Connie and Ken Folk of Plymouth survive as well. Bonnie was also close to Brenda Flannery of Crandon, the mother of four of her grandchildren.
Bonnie cherished her grandchildren and looked forward to spending time with them. They are Dustin, Ashley, Brianna, Caylee, Vicki, Joey, Casey and Emma.
Several cherished nieces and grand nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, William Jones.
Visitation for Bonnie will be on Sunday, February 19, 2012, from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Calvary Lutheran Church, 1314 N. Michigan St., Plymouth and for an hour prior to the service on Monday.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 20th in the church. Pastor Steven Resner of Calvary Lutheran Church will officiate.
Interment will be in the New Oakhill Cemetery.
Memorials in Bonnie’s memory may be made to the Calvary Lutheran Pre-School, 1314 N. Michigan St., Plymouth.

Connie, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I have never forgotten you and wish you well. WE had fun in New Orleans(except for the loss of all those sweatshirts you bought). Take care and know that my prayers are with you at your time of need.
