Bradley G. Church, 69, passed away Friday morning on August 30, 2019 at Cardinal Nursing Home in South Bend.
Born in LaPorte, Indiana on March 22, 1950, Brad was the son of Fred L. Church and Alberta (Reeder) Lowry.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Beverly Church of Bremen, and nephews: Matthew (Meagan) Church of Matthews, NC and Ted (Amy) Church of Bremen.
Brad was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Fred and Larry Church.
He will be laid to rest in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Walkerton, Indiana.
