Carl Mitchel, 81, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth.
He was born in South Bend, Indiana on August 24, 1938 to Robert and Estella (Nettrouer) Mitchel. Carl worked for the Plymouth Street Department and retired in 2004. He loved attending church at the House of Prayer, United Pentecostal Church whenever he could. He is survived by his sisters: Treva Norman of Plymouth, IN and Martha Ringenberg of Hicksville, Ohio; as well as three nieces and nephews.
Carl is preceded in death by his parents, brother John and sister Mary. Per Carl’s wishes, an immediate burial will take place at the Oak Hill Cemetery, Plymouth.
