
Carolyn M. Lueth passed away Monday, February 21, 2022, at Northwest Health- LaPorte at the age of 81. Carolyn was born to Walter and Clara Marohn on December 11, 1940. She was very proud of her German heritage & having a Father who immigrated from Germany. She was proceeded in death by the love of her life Otto (Michael) Jr. Carolyn is survived by her two sons Daniel Lueth (Susanne) of Plymouth and Matthew Lueth (Shari) of Knox. She also has five surviving grandchildren: Tabbetha Unger (Gabe), Brandis Lueth, Correy Lueth, Danica Lueth, and Hannah Lueth. Carolyn has one sister Dianna Waech (Victor) of Mentone, IN.
Carolyn and Michael left Chicago and moved to a farm in Plymouth, IN to raise their family of two boys. Beside farm life, they started two businesses in Marshall County. The first was L&M Auto in Culver and then Plymouth Auto Service. Their sons were able to join them in the family business. In her free time, she enjoyed planting flowers and landscaping with her husband. Growing large gardens, she canned her bounty of veggies and grapes from her vines. Carolyn could also be frequently found on the back seat of their motorcycle on one of their many trips.
She was a longtime member of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Plymouth which will be her final resting place.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the summer.
Donations in her honor may be made to the Humane Society of Marshall Co, PO Box 22, Plymouth, IN 46563, where they adopted some beloved pets.

Sorry to hear of your mom’s death. She was a great lady that I rarely remember not working around the house or your farm. And as the obit says, I can also easily see her on the back of the motorcycle.
