Case Michael Borton, 7 weeks, unexpectedly passed away in his home on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
Case was born one of two twin boys on March 23, 2021 in South Bend, Indiana to Daniel and Kayla (Goins) Borton.
He was a perfect baby who loved to smile. He loved to be held but hated car rides.
While his time on earth was taken too soon, his parents chose to let his legacy live on by him being a donor.
He is loved beyond measure by his parents, Dan and Kayla, his twin brother, Chase, and his older brothers, Hunter and Levi; maternal grandparents, Tammy and Josh Goins of LaPaz; paternal grandparents Matt and Donita Borton of South Bend; maternal great-grandparents, Michael and Michelle Goins and Richard Knowlton; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Case will be welcomed by his maternal great-grandmother, Lucinda Knowlton, paternal great-grandparents, Linda and James Borton, and paternal great-grandmother, Lois Mahoney.
A Celebration of Case’s Life will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 from 5-7 p.m. at Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan Street, Plymouth.
