Clifford J. “Sonny” Milliser Jr.

May 1, 1949 - March 7, 2005

Clifford J. “Sonny” Milliser, Jr., 55, a lifetime resident of Plymouth, Indiana, died following a cancer related illness, at the St. Joseph County Hospice House in South Bend, Indiana at 8:24 am on Monday March 7, 2005.
Born in Plymouth, Indiana to Clifford J. and Margaret J. Warner Milliser Sr., on May 1, 1949. Sonny was a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the United States Army from 1971 to 1975 attaining the rank of SP 4.
Sonny has worked for Jeld –Wen Interior Doors, since May of 1999 serving as a door repairman. He was a former member of the Plymouth American Legion Post 27 and Plymouth VFW Post 1162. Sonny was an avid outdoorsman he enjoyed fishing the local lakes and rivers and camping at Lake Hoffman, he also was a NASCAR enthusiast.
His mother, Margaret of Plymouth, two brothers and two sisters and their spouses survive Sonny. They are, brothers: Kevin J. and Kim Milliser, Plymouth, Mark A. and Pam Milliser, Plymouth, His sisters are, Betty Ann and Bob Risner, Plymouth and Donna J. Cole, Plymouth.
Numerous nieces and nephews along with several aunts and uncles also survive.
His father, Clifford Milliser, Sr., on April 1, 2002 and a sister, Pamela Kay Milliser, preceded Sonny in death.
Friends are welcome by the family at the New Oakhill Cemetery Chapel on Thursday March 10, 2005 from Noon to 2 P.M. Funeral services for Sonny will be following the visitation at 2:00 P.M. in the cemetery chapel with the Rev. Jim Pippenger, pastor of the Bethel Tabernacle, Argos, Indiana officiating.
Burial will be in the New Oakhill Cemetery, Plymouth, Indiana with V.F.W. Military honors. Memorial gifts in Sonny’s name may be made to Marshall County Hospice.
