Daniel R. Pranger Sr., 36, passed away from complications due to a vehicle accident on Sunday, November 6, 2022.
Born in South Bend, Indiana on November 21, 1985, Daniel was the son of Cindy Lou (Whaley) Rabey and Robert Donald Pranger Jr. He received his GED from Plymouth High School and went on to get a degree in computer science.
Dan was unique, outgoing, stubborn, and hard working. He was employed at Thor Motorcoach in Elkhart most recently. He was easy to get along with and was always ready to lend a hand. Dan loved making people smile and was always there to help his siblings. He loved his family. Dan enjoyed tinkering with things and seeing how they worked. He spent his downtime on TikTok and was starting up his own computer business, Good Peoples Inc. Dan also taught others about forgiveness.
His greatest joys were his three kids. Dan was a very hands-on Dad and always had little projects he was doing with them. He was always on the hunt for four leaf clovers and loved squirrels.
Dan is survived by his children, Elizabeth, Daniel Jr., and Abigail Pranger of Argos; his mother Cindy (Dave) Rabey of Tippecanoe; step-mother Patricia Pranger; ex-wife Shanice Grossman; siblings: Stephanie (Wade) Frantz of Warsaw, Amanda (Jeremie) Himes of Plymouth, Cody (Annie) Drevecky of North Liberty, twin brother Christopher (Serina Cleveland) Pranger of Silver Lake, IN, Candice (Matt Fitz) Pranger of Plymouth, Cheyanne Schwertner of South Bend, Navena (Branden Thomas) Rabey of Tippecanoe, and David (Allison Dailey) Rabey of Tippecanoe; nieces and nephews: Keiara and MacKenzie Himes, Jazimine and Damion Gilley, and Lilyan and Monroe Drevecky as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Robert Pranger Jr., maternal grandparents William and Ethel Whaley and paternal grandparents Robert Sr. and Doris Pranger.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 18, 2022, in the New Oak Hill Cemetery, 1300 N. Chester Street, Plymouth.
A Celebration of Life will be held following the graveside service on Friday at the Plymouth Moose Lodge 1225 W. Jefferson Street, Plymouth.

Dan was unique, enthusiastic, and very sweet. I was witness often to his loving endurance with his children Elizabeth, Junior, and Abigail. There is a very special place in Heaven for your Daddy. He is missed and loved by his friends. God bless you as you mourn his passing. Just remember Dan would want you to celebrate his life.
