Dave is survived by Mildred, his loving wife of sixty years, and by a daughter, Peggy Cook of Valparaiso and a son and daughter-in-law, David L. and Mary Fetherolf of Martinsville, Ind.

Six grandchildren survive as well. They are: Jennifer Howard, Carmel, Ind.; Michele Calabrese, Dallas, Texas; Jason Fetherolf, Seoul, Korea; Melanie Foley, Martinsville, Ind.; Chera Fetherolf, Indianapolis, Ind.; and Evan Fetherolf, Speedway, Ind.

One great-granddaughter, Amelia Foley, also survives.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, John C. Fetherolf. Two sisters, Mildred Beatty, Plymouth, and Ruth Jane Fetherolf and two brothers, Tom and James Fetherolf have also died.
