Dennis Lee Humes, 67, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Born on May 30, 1956, in Knox, Indiana, he was the son of Earl and Eva (Dickson) Humes.
A man with a great sense of humor who loved to make others laugh. Dennis enjoyed spending time with his family, collecting and riding his scooters and listening to music.
He is survived by his children: Russell Humes of Chicago; Denny Humes of Bremen; Hollie (Damien) Celmer of Culver; brothers: Edward Humes of Plymouth; Richard (Georgie) Humes of Culver; as well as 5 grandchildren.
Dennis is preceded in death by his parents.
Per the wishes of the family a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
