
Diana Braasch, 64, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 13, 2023 at Miller’s Merry Manor, Culver.
Born on May 15, 1958 in Santa Rosa, Texas she was the daughter of Marcelino and Maria (LANGORIA) Mata. Diana was a one of 11 children and very much a family woman, she was an independent woman with a very strong work ethic, she was beautiful and always the center of attention.
Diana was previously a member of St Michaels Catholic Church and was a lifelong Plymouth resident.
She is survived by her sons: Tony Wessel of Plymouth; Andy Hancock of St. Augustine, FL; siblings: Marcelino (Lois) Mata of Plymouth; Isabel Mata of Plymouth; George Mata of Plymouth; Tiofilo Mata of South Bend; Viola Mata of Plymouth; several nieces and nephews as well as her best friend Eric Koebbe.
Diana is preceded in death by her parents, siblings: Jose Babe, Juanita Sanchez, Sylvia Wagers, Ricardo Mata and Maximino Mata, and her fiancé Sonny Milliser.
A visitation will be held from 11-1 pm on Monday, March 20, 2023 at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan Street, Plymouth.

I’m am extremely sorry to her family and her friend Eric , I always Loved it when I would come into her room put her stereo on and dance / and sing for her to make her laugh. I know I’ll see her again in Heaven and she will be whole again .Rest in Peace sweet Diana
