Diane D. Longacre

December 30, 1969 - February 22, 2018

Diane Dell (Kline) Longacre, 48, of Salyersville, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018 after a long illness.
Diane was born December 30, 1969 in Nurnberg, Germany to Thomas E. and Elisabeth (Doppel) Kline.
After graduating from high school, Diane went on to earn and Associate’s Degree from Ivy Tech.
On January 8, 1988 she married Kevin Longacre; and he survives.
Diane was a homemaker who loved taking care of her kids and grandchildren. She had many friends because she did not know a stranger.
Surviving is her mother; Elisabeth Kline of Argos, son; Christian and Jessica Kline of Elkhart, and their children; Connor and Alexis Kline, son; Jacob Longacre of South Bend, and his daughter; Teigan Longacre, son; Kevin L. and Ashlie Longacre of Elkhart, and their son; Owen Longacre and Joseph Longacre of Salyersville, Kentucky. Also surviving are her three siblings; Susanna and Darin Sego of South Bend, Thomas and Tausha Kline Jr. of Argos and Roy M. Kline of Tennessee, as well as many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will take place on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 9645 Deer Trail, Plymouth, Indiana 46563, with Brother Church officiating. Family and friends will gather from 10:00 AM until time of the service on Saturday at the church.
Burial will take place in the New Oak Hill Cemetery.
