
Don was the youngest of four children born to Ronald and Daisey (Culp) Carlberg of Donaldson, IN. After graduating from West High School in 1954, he married Darla (Davidson) in 1956. They had three children Angel Carlberg Ward and Zach Davis, Don (Val) Carlberg, and Rick Carlberg. Don had six grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
After a divorce Don married Charlotte in 1989, and they lived in Boscobel, WI. Don had five step-children; Kathy Huges of Boscober, WI; Mark Molzof of Dodgeville, WI; Scott Molzof of Caracal, OLT; Christine (Dean) Douglas of Darlington, WI and Paul Kennedy of Reedsburg, WI. Don had five great-grandchildren and seven grandchildren.
Don drove truck for 40 years cross-country and with retirement travel there was no part of the United States he had not been to. He enjoyed listening and watching sports and reading the newspaper.
A graveside service will take place on Saturday December 12, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. in the New Oak Hill Cemetery, Plymouth with Life Celebrant James Smart officiating.
Per the request of the family, they would ask if you would please refrain from sending flowers.

I remember, one Sunday, when Don was at our church. He explained “the mission” work, he and Charlotte were doing. Their story was heart warming. “Well done, my good and faithful servant”.
