Donald J. Campbell

June 17, 1952 - November 2, 2022

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Donald J. Campbell, a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother-in-law and friend. His soul passed on to join the Saints and Angels the morning of November 2, 2022, All Souls Day.

Born June 17, 1952 to Billy and Oliveta (Vectoch) Don went on to marry his high school sweetheart on September 22, 1973 and have 2 children.

During his time here on earth, Don was an active member of his Parish at St. Michael’s, a Knights of Columbus member and was always there to help with his kindness, generosity and sense of humor. While he enjoyed time with his family, he always loved gardening, yardwork, fishing and attending baseball games with his sons and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Teresa, his sons Nathan and Ethan (Heather); 3 grandchildren, sister Julia (Paul) Reece; brother Thomas (Terri) Campbell as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

All that knew Donald, will truly miss him.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 13, 2022 from 1-4 pm at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan Street, Plymouth.

A rosary will be recited at 10:30 am, Monday, November 14, 2022 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 612 N Walnut St. Plymouth, IN 46563. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at 11 am with Fr. Keeton Lockwood officiating.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Michael’s Catholic Church.

Mrs. Campbell and family, my condolences for your family’s loss. Mr. Campbell was such a kind adult during my high school years. I was a fencer at Culver and he was an important component to our success as the repairer of the teams’ weaponry. He always had a smile and showed such support for each of us on the team. You and your family are in my prayers. With Sympathy, Andrea Manzuk
