Donna J. Watts

October 12, 1961 - October 15, 2021

Donna Jean Watts, 60, died at 1:07 a.m. on Friday, October 15, 2021 at her home due to health complications.

Donna was born in Logan, West Virginia on October 12, 1961 to Lanville Payne and Martha (Sargent) Payne.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an avid fan of Notre Dame football and Notre Dame women’s basketball. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren. She loved

reading the bible. She loved cooking and baking homemade food. She was a proud West Virginian.

Donna is survived by her husband, Eric Watts of Plymouth, IN; her children: David Jorge and Jaime Jorge of La Porte, IN, and Crystal Cerrato of Plymouth, IN, her step-mother Carol Griggs,

grandkids, Angel, Jennifer, and Tristan, and sisters: Carol (Tom) Lenker of Texas, Deanna Payne of La Porte, and Angela (Ed) Coad of Winamac.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lanville Payne, mother, Margaret Sargent, sister, Rachel Jimenez,  brother Russell Payne and step-father, Pete Griggs.

Per the wishes of the family a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
