Sherry, Don, Chris, and Ann,
I’m so sorry to learn of the passing of your Mom. It’s never easy to lose a parent, regardless of the situation. As a sixteen year old at his first job at G & G, Doris took me under her wing with an ever present smile and an encouraging word. She would laugh so easily. After the store brought in the ice cream cone area, we would give each other our evaluation of each flavor. Often times, your Dad would come in and wait until she had “checked out” for the evening. I’m sure he has been waiting patiently for her with open arms. I know that she will still have that smile.
May your memories and faith give all of you strength in this difficult time. Tears are price we must pay, for loving someone.
Keeping your entire family in my thoughts and prayers.
