Doris Maxine Grass, 90, of 905 Berkley, died of natural causes in Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth, at 7:35 p.m. on Monday, January 12, 2009.
A lifetime Marshall County resident, Doris was born on a farm near Bourbon on December 30, 1918. Her parents were Clarence E. and Myrtle H. (Morwiser) Pfeiffer.

Six great-grandchildren also survive.
A brother, Don (Donnabelle) Pfeiffer, Rochester, IN. also survives together with four sisters:Helen (Fred) DeMien, St. Charles, IL.: Marilyn “June” (Keith) Miller, Elkhart, IN.: Betty DeMien, Macy, IN., and Joan (Robert) Tharp, South Bend, IN. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband, two brothers: LaMar and Eugene Pfeiffer and a son-in-law: Don Haas.
Friends are invited by her family to celebrate the life of Doris Grass from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, January 17th, 2009 in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth.
