Douglas G. Kneller, 64, passed away peacefully in his home on Saturday October 17, 2020.
Born in Columbia City, Indiana on March 15, 1956, Doug was the son of Jimmie Franklin and Konita Carol “Konny” (Gwin) Kneller. After high school graduation, he would continue to achieve his surveyor’s certification.
Doug proudly worked for Marbach-Palm Inc. in New Carlisle, Indiana.
He was a loving and caring brother. An outdoorsman, he enjoyed shooting sports, camping and was an avid knife collector. Doug liked hockey and playing for the Pepsi-Komets. A reader, he enjoyed history and geography.
He is survived by his sister, Diane (Mary Bender) Kneller of Ft. Wayne; loving companion of 22 years Mary Lou McDaniel of Knox; brother, Michael Kneller of Columbia City; nephews: Matthew, Jacob and Rorey and many great-nieces and nephews.
Doug was preceded in death by his parents and brother, David Buckhardt.
Per his wishes, cremation will take place.
