Earl W. Russell

Earl W. Russell, 67, passed away on November 26, 2025 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka. Born on January 14, 1958 in Kokomo, Earl was the son of Clifford and Virdia (Willis) Russell.

Earl married Pamela Sue Whitaker on October 27, 1990 in Chicago. They relocated to Alabama where they welcomed their son Joshua in 1994. They created countless memories together as a family. Pamela preceded him in death in March of 2006. Following Pamela’s passing, Earl relocated to Plymouth to be closer to family.

Earl had an incredible mechanical mind; he was a self-taught mechanic who enjoyed working on cars and small engine equipment. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need; actions that truly displayed his selfless and generous personality.

Those who knew Earl knew that he was extremely caring and loving. Earl was a man of strong faith and always reminded others to keep praying. He leaves behind a legacy that is woven with kindness and generosity to others.

Earl is survived by his son, Joshua Russell; sisters, Mary Lossau, Lorraine Miracle, and Joyce (Patrick) Hart; along with many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Virdia; wife, Pamela; siblings, Wilburn Russell and Lois June Partin-Webb; and brother-in-law, Michael Lossau.
