
Elisa R. Gonzalez, 77, died on Sunday March 4, 2012 at 3:30 a.m. in the Elkhart Hospice House.
Elisa was born the daughter of Pablo and Josefa Riojas Gonzalez on June 14, 1934 in Coahuila, Mexico.
She worked for United Technologies which later became Lear for eleven years until her retirement. Elisa was a member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church in Plymouth.
She is survived by a brother Jose A. & Kay D. Gonzalez of Plymouth; and two sister’s both of Mexico Aurora & Aaron Reyes, and Socorro & Jose Ramon Jimenez. Four nephews and four nieces survive as well with several great nephews and nieces.
Elisa was preceded in death by her parents Pablo and Josefa.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday March 7, 2012 from 5 to 7 p.m., with a rosary service at 7 p.m. in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home 1100 N. Michigan Street Plymouth, IN 46563. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday March 8, 2012 at 11 a.m. in St. Michael Catholic Church, 613 N. Center St. Plymouth. The Rev. Fr. Eloy Jimenez will officiate.
Memorial contributions in Elisa’s name may be given to The Center for Hospice Care, 112 Center Street Plymouth, Indiana 46563.
Burial will follow at the New Oakhill Cemetery, Plymouth.

Aunt Elisa was a beautiful person, kind, and caring. She cared for each neice & nephew as her own. She spoiled us and never forgot a birthday or holiday. I will always remember the joy she expressed being with family, always smiling. She always had time for us. She will truly be missed.
