Elizabeth M. Gross

January 31, 1933 - January 14, 2021

Elizabeth M. Gross, 87, passed away on Thursday, January 14 2021 at Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth.

Born on January 31, 1933 in Culver, Indiana she was the daughter of Frank and Chloe Linderman.

On October 15, 1949 she married the love of her life Roy Gross, he preceded her in death on May 5, 1996.

She was a housekeeper for Parkview Hospital in Plymouth and retired in 1982. Elizabeth was a member of the Plymouth Baptist Church and the Black Bridges Club. She loved to garden, embroidering quilts, sewing, doing jigsaw puzzles, and playing bingo. She loved to go fishing and would eat whatever she caught. Being together as a family and preparing home-cooked meals was one of her favorite past times. Elizabeth would often get in her car and go for a drive and she loved her dogs. Enjoying life and being at church.

She is survived by her sister Dorothy Wagers of Koontz Lake as well as several nieces and nephews.

Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents, husband Roy; brothers: Milton, Theodore, Orville, and a niece and nephew.

A graveside service will take place on Monday January 18, 2021 at 10 a.m. in the New Oak Hill Cemetery with Pastor Matt Elliot officiating.

    So sorry to hear of Lizzie passing, she was Paul’s cousin . Paul said the families were always close when growing up and she was a wonderful person.🙏
