George W. Mlnarik, Jr.

May 23, 1930 — February 2, 2004

George W. Mlnarik, 73, of 11960E. 150N., Plymouth, Ind., died unexpectedly from natural causes at his residence.

Born in Chicago, Ill., on May 23, 1930, George was the son of George W. and Elizabeth E. Cox Mlnarik, Sr.. He graduated from Knox High School.

George served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean conflict. He later worked for many years in construction.

His favorite past-time was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

George was a member of the Moose Lodge.

He is survived by four daughters: Debra M. Mlnarik of Georgia, Patricia S. and Allen Bitterman of Lemont, Ill., Sally A. Haack of Illinois and Donna L. and Eric Scott of Florida.

Six grandchildren also survive along with two sisters: Marjorie Ladig of Knox, Ind. and Maryann Sherman of South Bend, Ind.

Graveside services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2004, at Union Cemetery, Plymouth, Ind. The Rev. Dean Snyder of the First Community Church of God, LaPaz, Ind., officiated.
