Gregory A. Holland

October 4, 1954 - June 20, 2016

Gregory A. Holland, 61, passed away at 5:45 a.m. on Monday, June 20, 2016 in his home with his family near.
Greg was born in Plymouth, Indiana to Eldon C. “Dutch” and Mary Jane (Albert) Holland on October 4, 1954. He graduated from Plymouth High School.
On August 24, 2001, Greg married Ann E. Manning.
He worked for Aker/Maax in Plymouth as a maintenance manager for 40 years.
Greg enjoyed fishing, constructing things and doing landscaping. He was a “jack of all trades” kind of guy. He enjoyed following NASCAR, going to many races with Ann. The couple also did a lot of canning and gardening together. He loved family holidays, when everyone he loved was close to him. His arms were always open when his grandchildren came running.
Greg is survived by his wife, Ann of Grovertown, and their children: Christopher Holland of Belle Fourche, SD, Amy Holland of Grand Rapids, MI, Dana (Sterling) Rosenau of Dayton, OH and Kevin Gal of Michigan; 7 grandchildren; sisters, Kathy Holland of Highland, IN and Jan (Bill) Berger of Valparasio, IN; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dave.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan Street, Plymouth from 4-6 p.m. EST. Funeral services will immediately follow in the funeral home at 6 p.m.
Family burial will take place on Thursday in the Grovertown Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Plymouth Cancer Institute at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, 1915 Lake Ave., Plymouth, IN 46563.
