Jerome Christopher Posey, 36, of Plymouth, passed away Friday, December 23, 2016 in his residence.
Jerome was born September 16, 1980 in Warsaw, Indiana, to Rocky Dean and Shelly L. (Owens) Posey.
He married Stefanie N. Baker on August 1, 2015 in Rochester, but they have spent the last eleven years together raising their family.
Jerome had worked at Forest River in Elkhart as an electrician. Surviving is his wife; Stefanie N. Posey of Plymouth, and their six children; Arryana Posey, Serenity Posey, Skyler Thews, Dejayna Thews, Parker Posey and Eliza Posey, mother and step-father; Shelly and Alexander McMillan of Shipshewana, mother-in-law; Cindy Myers of Plymouth, father-in-law; Richard Baker of Indianapolis, three siblings; Christina DeBoard of Mentone, Sarah Tackman of Goshen, Alex Tackman of Goshen, as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father; Rocky Dean Posey.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, December 30, 2016 in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 North Michigan Street, Plymouth, with Rev. Ed Friberg officiating.
Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 AM until time of service on Friday.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family.
