John M. Wade

September 1, 1962 — October 12, 2025

Plymouth

John M. Wade, 63, passed away peacefully at his home on October 12, 2025. Born on September 1, 1962 in Plymouth, John was the son of John Wade and Yvonne “Bonnie” Landry.

While in high school, John started working at Tri-County Beverage. Once he graduated from high school, his role of being a helper progressed to being a driver and then on to management. After 44 years, John was still working as a dedicated employee of Indiana Beverage.

When he wasn’t working, John could be found riding his Harley or enjoying a drink and cigar. John was the happiest when he was around his friends and family; he loved making others laugh and being with the people he loved the most. For over 12 years, John was a beloved dog dad to his white lab, Bentley.

At 54 years old, John started training for and running marathons; a triumph that required mental and physical strength. He earned numerous medals from the marathons he proudly participated in.

John will be missed by his children, Nick (Kirsten) Wade and Ashley (Jack) Wingfield; grandchildren, Braden, Gunner, James, Finley, Daniel, Julianna, Jonathan, and Rosalie; siblings, Randy Wade, Linda Wilcox, Roger Wade, and Bryan (Resa) Warren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John (Eileen) Wade and Yvonne (Phil) Warren; brother-in-law, Arthur Wilcox; and his best friend, Bentley who passed away on September 15, 2025.
