Jo-Joe was a member of one of my 5th grade classes when he was a student at Jefferson School. He was always such a kind person and was one that wanted to please others. I am very sure he kept those traits as an adult. I know he will be missed greatly by his family and friends. Rest in Peace.

JoJoe was so much more than the obituary. He was kind, loving, caring, gave great hugs and had a smile you wouldn’t forget. Brendt, Joe and Jeremy were friends for over 30 years and were like brothers. I was privileged to be called mom by all of them. My heart aches for his passing and all that knew him will truly miss him.💔

When I moved to Indianapolis I knew nothing and no one. Joe Franco was the 1st friend I made. He was kind and to cool for words and I cannot express what his friendship meant to me. His was a truly good and bright presence in a dark world.
