Joyce E. Menser

October 19, 1927 - February 27, 2018

Joyce E. Menser, 90, of Plymouth, passed away early Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at the Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home.
Joyce was born October 19, 1927 in Tiosa, Indiana, to the late Charles and Helen (Mathias) Crocker.
She graduated in 1945 from Plymouth High School.
On January 19, 1946 in Plymouth, Indiana, Joyce married Harry Menser; he preceded her in death on November 19, 1995.
Joyce retired May 1, 1992 from the City of Plymouth where she was a billing clerk for twenty-seven years.
She was a member of the First United Church of Christ and loved to be outdoors doing yardwork.
Surviving are her children; Jim (Jenny) Menser of Plainfield, Becky (Robert) Manuwal of Plymouth, and Jill (Manuel) Caban of Plymouth, five grandchildren; Angie Lansing, Michael Menser, Matt Manuwal, Dan Caban and Marc Caban, five great-grandchildren; Haleigh, Hannah, Hadley, Noah, Clara. Also surviving are her two brothers; Ben and Mona Crocker of Morton, Illinois and Bill and Mary Crocker of Plymouth. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband and two siblings. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 3, 2018 from 11-1 p.m. at the First United Church of Christ, 321 North Center Street, Plymouth, Indiana 46563. Services will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Charles Krieg officiating.
Burial will follow at the Oak Hill Cemetery.
Memorial gifts may be given to the First United Church of Christ, 321 North Center Street, Plymouth, Indiana 46563.
