Janice Berger says
Your Mom, oh the adventures we shared. From day one of first grade, she and I were friends. We grew in the town of LaPaz, and together we explored every foot of the town every chance we got. We went to church together, where her Grandfather (Rev. Combs) was the pastor. She married Ira Samuels in our senior year, and they had a beautiful family. I bowled with them on a mixed league, and we continued our friendship when I married Ira’s first cousin ( Jerry Berger). How wonderfully she was loved, and how terribly she will be missed.
Respectfully,
Janice Smith Berger

Janet Meyers says
Kandi, Angie, and Scott,
I am so sorry to hear that your mom has passed. She was the first person on Thayer Street to welcome me to the neighborhood with a huge bowl of chicken and noodles. And she remained a caring friend. I know you three were her greatest treasures. May the Lord hold you tight through your grief and may you find comfort in your memories of your dear mom.
Sincerely,
Janet Meyers
