Linda Marie Trump, 75, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Walkerton.
Born on January 21, 1951, in Plymouth, Indiana, Linda was the daughter of Ward J. and Betty J. (Harness) Wilhelm. She graduated from Plymouth High School with the Class of 1969 and continued her education at Vogue Beauty College, graduating in 1970.
On July 20, 1973, Linda married the love of her life, Ed Trump, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church.
Linda dedicated many years to her career as a beautician, working at Isabel’s, Wee-Too, Sunsations, and Kay’s Beauty Shop before retiring in 2013. She was known for her meticulous attention to detail, whether it was keeping her spice rack perfectly alphabetized or making sure she always knew where her children were during their many sporting events.
She enjoyed spending time playing cards, including euchre, Phase 10, canasta, and pinochle. Crossword puzzles and jigsaw puzzles were favorite pastimes and cherished family traditions.
Family vacations to Great America and the excitement of riding roller coasters became treasured memories for those she loved. Above all, Linda will be remembered for her infectious laugh, a joyful sound that could light up any room and bring smiles to those around her.
She is survived by her husband Ed of Plymouth, son Brian Trump,daughter Brenda M. Trump of Plymouth; grandchildren: Daimen Trump, Cody Miller, Colton Miller, and Cayden Miller, sister Nancy Bowman of Plymouth; and her nieces: Amy (Ryan) Bowman and Angie (Ike) Mendoza.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents and her son, Brad, and brother-in-law Jerry Bowman.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 5-7 pm at Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan Street, Plymouth, IN 46563. Funeral services will immediately follow with Chaplain Bob Puhr officiating.
Burial will take place in the New Oak Hill Cemetery in Plymouth at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the choice of the donor.
