Lorri A. Neace, 60, affectionately known to many as “Momma Neace” peacefully entered the loving embrace of the Lord on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Born on February 2, 1966 at Parkview Hospital in Plymouth, Lorri was the daughter of Kenneth and Bonnie (Pendelton) Miller.

Lorri was childhood sweethearts with Vince E. Neace after meeting at the Plymouth Skating Rink. They were united in marriage on January 22, 1982 at the Delong Gospel Lighthouse Church where they remained faithful members. Faith and family were the cornerstone of Lorri’s life. Being called “Momma Neace” by countless people over the years, Lorri was a warm, motherly figure to everyone she knew. Her kind heart and joyful sense of humor could bring a smile to anyone’s day.

Those who knew Lorri know that she was the superwoman of her family. Despite any hardships she was going through, she never allowed any of her trials and tribulations to keep her from those she loved. She embodied the spirit of getting up when life is hard, fight back, and push on which she showed on countless occasions over the years. Whether it was never missing one of her children’s games or making a celebration out of any occasion, Lorri loved her family fiercely.

Lorri’s love was shown through her cooking, a gift she shared generously with family and friends. Her kitchen was a place of warmth and comfort, where she spoke the language of love through the meals she prepared. In their home, New Year’s Eve chop suey was tradition, but it was her hearty meatloaf, flavorful rice meatballs, potatoes with cheese, and tender dumplings that made you truly taste the love. Every bite told a story of care and affection that needed no extra flavoring.

Lorri will be sorely missed by her husband of 43 years, Vince; children, Amanda Neace, Adam (Dakota) Neace, and Alan (Alison) Neace; her beloved grandchildren who called her ”Nana”, Autumn, Gracie, Kinzlee, Bellamy, and Artemis.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Bonnie; daughter, Angela Neace; along with her brothers, Ricky and Kerry Miller.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 11AM-1PM at the Delong Gospel Lighthouse Church, 5823 Center Street, Delong, IN 46922. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1PM with Pastor Pat Allen officiating.

Lorri will be laid to rest at Oakhill Cemetery in Plymouth.
