Misty Lynn Posey, 40, of Plymouth, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.
She was born October 9, 1977 in Frankfort, to Patrick Kevin and Debra S. (Tidd) Laverty.
Misty graduated from Frankfort High School in 1996.
On January 26, 2008 in Osceola, Misty married Kenny A. Posey; he survives.
Misty was a home-maker. She enjoyed being outdoors, going to amusement parks, fishing, listening to music, drawing and coloring on the computer.
Surviving is her husband; Kenny A. Posey of Plymouth, mother and step-father; Debra (Jason) Lowe of Ladoga, father; Patrick Kevin Laverty of Lebanon, three sons; Dino Lockard, Zech Posey, Kenny Posey, daughter; Kirsten Posey. Also surviving is a brother; John Laverty of Lebanon.
She was preceded in death by a son; Angel David Posey.
A private celebration of life service for Misty will take place Saturday, July 28, 2018. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
