Olivia Hope Warner, four day old daughter of Lacie Marie Warner and Jamie Wacasey, died at 3:45 p.m. Saturday September 24, 2011 in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka.
Olivia was born on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth.
She is survived by her parents, four sisters: Chloe Wacasey, Elayna Warner, Isabelle Wacasey and Autumn Wacasey, all of Plymouth; two brothers: Christopher Warner and Caleb Wacasey, both of Plymouth; maternal grandparents, Robert and Dixie Warner of Plymouth; paternal grandmother; Debra Pearson of Plymouth and several aunts and uncles.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 30, 2011 at the New Oakhill Cemetery Chapel, Plymouth.
Burial will be in New Oakhill Cemetery, Plymouth.
