Patricia A. Leake, 82, a lifetime Plymouth resident, passed away on Monday, November 12, 2018 at Creekside Village, Mishawaka. She was born in Plymouth, Indiana on July 26, 1936, the daughter of Henry E. and Carrie (Klapp) Lee. She graduated from Plymouth High School with the Class of 1954.
On November 6, 1955 in Plymouth, Patricia married Samuel Leake. The couple shared many memories and raised three children: Duane, Rhonda and Debra.
She was a member of the American Legion Post #49 Ladies Auxiliary in Warsaw and a lifetime member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Patricia is survived by her son, Duane (Roxanne) Leake of South Bend; her daughters Rhonda (John) Brown of Granger and Debra Leake of Plymouth; 5 grandchildren, Eric, Shannon, Andrea, Andrew, and Annestasia; and 7 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, sister, Helen Harmon, and brothers, Virgil Lee and Herbert Lee. Visitation will be at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan Street, Plymouth, Indiana on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 5-7 P.M. A private family burial will take place on Friday, November 16, 2018 in the New Oak Hill Cemetery.
