Pauline M. Craig

May 8, 1946 - August 11, 2018

Pauline Marie Craig, 72, of Plymouth, passed away unexpectedly on her way down to a family reunion, Saturday, August 11, 2018 in Florence, Kentucky.
Pauline was born May 8, 1946 in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Frank and Lorraine (Brewer) Jackson. Her mother survives and lives in Plymouth.
Pauline married Isaac Warren on October 25, 1965; he preceded her in death January 10, 2010. On May 22, 2011, Pauline married Gaylan Craig Sr.; and he survives.
She was a member of the Women of the Moose, Chapter #1355. She served many years and received many degrees with WOTM, including College of Regents, Star Recorder and Deputy Grand Regent of Indiana. Pauline in her working career worked at the Plymouth School Corporation as a custodian, she at one time was also a manager for Speedway, Human Resources manager at Bristol Products on the K-Mart construction, and also as HR at Indiana Department of Transportation in Plymouth from which she retired in 2011.
Pauline loved to play cards and bingo with her loving husband. She loved to travel and enjoyed being retired to do “whatever I want.” She also enjoyed crocheting and baking cookies for her grandkids.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, many family members and many friends.
Surviving is her husband; Gaylan Craig Sr. of Plymouth, mother; Lorraine Jackson of Plymouth, children; Richard Warren of Plymouth, Randall Warren Sr. of LaPaz, Tawnya Warren (Robert Legac) of Rochester, Monica Warren (Randy Sobieck) of Knox. Pauline was preceded in death by her father; Frank Jackson, and loving daughter; Yalonda Sue Warren in 1982, one brother; Rodger Dale Jackson and one sister; Melissa Jackson.
Also surviving are Gaylan’s children; Sandra McKay of Monroe, Louisiana, Gaylan (Kim) Craig Jr. of Sarasota, Florida, Heather (Tim) Berg of Plymouth, Benjamin Craig of Plymouth.
Pauline loved being a grandmother. She was a very loving grandmother to the following; Randall Warren Jr., Bailey Warren, Sean Taylor, Dakota Legac, Noah Legac, Jacob Legac, Ashley Curry, Ethan, Courtney and Daniel Johnson, Katherine McKay, Nathan McKay, Dominique Craig, Nicholas Thompson, Emily Craig, Katelyn Berg, Michael Berg. Pauline was honored to also be a great-grandmother to the following; Savannah, Isaac Ross, Laila, Aleigha, Alex, Adele, Vincent, Alena, Aiden and Emma. Pauline was very proud of her grandkids and great-grandkids.
Her siblings include; Roy (Sue) Jackson of Sebring, Florida, Connie of Cicero, Indiana, Sheila Brewer of Plymouth, Howard Jackson Sr. of Plymouth, Basil (Maike) Jackson of Germany and Wanda (Steve) Stewart of Plymouth. Also surviving are many special nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM Friday, August 17, 2018 in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 North Michigan Street, Plymouth, Indiana, with a Women’s Moose service at 7:00 PM.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 18, 2018 in the funeral home with her nephew, Mitch Warren officiating, with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM until time of service.
Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in South Bend following services.
A dinner will be provided following services at the Moose Lodge.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Children’s Craniofacial Association, 13140 Coit Road, Suite 517, Dallas, Texas 75240, because craniosynostosis awareness has been so important to Pauline the last eighteen years. Or donations may be given to the Moose Heart, 115 South International Drive, Mooseheart, Illinois 60539.
