Ralph L. Ward

April 6, 1937 - April 17, 2006
In Memorial

Ralph L. Ward, 69, died of natural causes at 5:40 p.m. on Monday, April 17, 2006, in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth. Residing on W. 14B. Road, Ralph was a resident of Marshall County most of his life.
The son of Charles l. and Bessie Biggs Ward, Ralph was born on April 6, 1037 in Mishawaka, Indiana. He attended Mishawaka schools.
On October 17, 1964, Ralph and Caroline M. Dixon were married in Goshen, Indiana.
He had worked at Holiday Rambler in Wakarusa for 28 years. Ralph enjoyed fishing, gardening and playing Bingo.
Ralph is survived by his wife, Caroline, two sons: Terry W. Ward of Crawfordsville, In and Ralph L. Ward, II of Culver, two daughters: Linda and Solomen Hedges, Jr. of Plymouth and Brenda and LeRoy Peterson of Culver.
Also surviving at two step-sons: Terry McNeal and Tony McNeal, both of LaPaz, 19 Grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 14 brothers and sisters.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Tina Avila, a step-daughter, Tammie Adams, and three grandchildren.
Friends may visit with Ralph’s family from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2006, in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth, Indiana.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 20, 2006 in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home with Rev. Stephen Patrick, pastor of the House of the Lord, of which Ralph was a member, officiating.
Burial will be in Burr Oak Cemetery, Burr Oak, Indiana.
