Rickey Anthony Whitt

Rickey A. Whitt, 56, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025. He was born on September 16, 1969, in Morristown, Tennessee, to Billy and Rosalie (Posey) Whitt.

Known as an outgoing man who had a kind soul and a great sense of humor. Rickey always took pride in the simplest things in life, from watching a good action movie on TV, a brand-new pair of shoes, or enjoying a bowl of chili  the “Whitt Way” with mayonnaise.

He is survived by his children: Matthew (Whitney) Pique, daughter Heather (Vince) Yule; sister, Marsha Churchill; brother, Billy DeWayne Whitt; nieces: Shania Hochstetler, Courtney Hochstetler, Amber Tomblin, and Cameron (Anthony) Younkin; nephews: Chris (Krista) Tomblin and Jordan Churchill and his girlfriend Cynthia McDaniel. 

Rickey is preceded in death by his parents, his siblings: Corena Willimason, Lisa Whitt, and Cythnia Tomblin.

Per the wishes of the family there will be no services.
