Robert “Bob” W. Krou

Robert “Bob” W. Krou, 68, formerly of 1218 North Plum Street, Plymouth died at 9:15 pm on March 28, 2006 at Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home, Plymouth, Indiana.
Bob was born on September 13, 1937 in Plymouth, Indiana to Edward C. and Edna D. Dague Krou. He was a graduate of Plymouth High School with the class of 1957.
Robert was a lifelong resident of Plymouth, and work for 36 years at St. Joseph Regional Hospital in the Laundry Department, as a manager, he retired on September 1, 1999.
Bob was an active member of the First United Church of Christ, Plymouth for over 30 years. He was a member of the Plymouth Moose Lodge 741.
In his youthful days Bob enjoyed family outings to Dixon Lake and Maxinkuckee. Bob spent much time with his late brother, Harold watching sports on T.V., working crossword puzzles and taking short trips.
Bob is survived by three sisters; Rosemary M. & Edward Ozio, Lawton, Oklahoma, Esther “Irene” Weimer, Mishawaka, and Martha “Katherine” Hanners, Macon, Georgia. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Roland C., Donald L., and Harold R. Krou, an infant sister Ethel E. Krou, and a brother in law, William Clyde Hanners.
Friends may call at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home on Friday, March 31, 2006 from 1 to 3 pm. A funeral service for Bob will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, March 31, 2006 in the funeral home.
Burial will be in the New Oakhill Cemetery, Plymouth.
Memorial contributions in Bob’s name may be made to the church.
