Rose M. Puvalowski

February 11, 1954 — December 14, 2021

Rose M. Puvalowski, 67, passed away with family near on Tuesday evening, December 14, 2021, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne.

Born in Ft. Wayne, Indiana in Noble County, Rose was the daughter of Paul and Aurora J. (Jossa) Resendez. She would graduate from Plymouth High School with the class of 1975.

She married Larry Puvalowski, who preceded her in death.

She worked for Magnavox in Ft Wayne as a laborer making TVs and components. She would move back to Plymouth and attend classes through Pilgrim Manor to attain her CNA license. As a CNA, she would work in nursing homes in Plymouth and Ft. Wayne, and then for Help at Home and Angel Care in homecare nursing. Rose was passionate about her field and loved helping people.

Rose was one of a kind, as many would say. She was kind and always put others needs before her own. She loved her family and grandchildren with all her heart. She would try to teach others to be more compassionate and to let the little things go. Even through her past, she was always very humble and would give the shirt off her back.

She enjoyed going on walks, painting, coloring, and brain games. Anything that helped keep her mind young and active. She loved going to church and was very involved.

Rose is survived by her children: Carrie Puvalowski of Holly, MI and children Piper, Shay and Nash, Andrea (Tom) Stall of Midland, MI, and children: Mason, Lilly, Patrick, Benjamin and Jacob, Monica Puvalowski of Waterloo, IN and children: Steven, Bryson, Nadine, Adam and Milton, and son, Allen Puvalowski of Pontiac, MI.

Also surviving are her siblings: Dee (Rick) Allen of Avilla, IN, twin sister Mary Houghton of Plymouth, Paul Resendez, and Josie Trevino as well as nieces and nephews: Ruth, Catherine, Robert, Matthew, Michael, Cordell, Mercy and Erin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Adam Puvalowski in 2021.
