Sherry Slater, 71, passed away at her home on Friday August 17, 2018. She was born on August 10, 1947 to Fred and Helen Hunley in Chicago, Illinois.
Survivors include two sons; Max Zajac of Hammond and Chris Adams of Valparaiso.
A Memorial visitation for Sherry will be held on Thursday August 23, 2018 from 6:00-to-8:00 P.M. in the Johnson- Danielson Funeral Home 1100 N. Michigan Street, Plymouth.
