
Shirley Anne (Clark) Carpenter,76, passed away on December 9, 2021 after a brief illness. Shirley was born on November 1, 1945 to Duewaine and Patricia Clark of Lakeville, Indiana. She was a graduate of Lakeville High School and lived and worked in the area of Elkhart, St. Joseph, and Marshall counties all her life.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Duewaine and Patricia Clark and her husband, Robert Carpenter. She is survived by her siblings, her twin sister, Sheryl (Clark) Frahm of Rockford, Ohio; her sisters, Barbara (Clark) Flory of Carmel, Indiana, and Beverly (Clark) Rowe of Plymouth, Indiana, and her brother, Jeffrey Duewaine Clark of Bremen, Indiana, along with many nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
A celebration of life will be on Monday, May 9, 2022 with the service at 11:00 am at the Plymouth Church of the Brethren, 1130 N Michigan St. Plymouth, IN 46563.
A meal will be provided after the service. If you wish to stay for the meal, please contact the church at 574-926-4205 by Monday, May 2nd. Graveside services and burial will take place at 1:00 p.m. at the Fair Cemetery in North Liberty, IN.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Shirley may be donated to The American Diabetes Association.
