Sister Maricita Petrites, P.H.J.C.

April 30, 1912 - November 9, 2006

Sister Maricita Petrites, P.H.J.C., 94 of Union Road Donaldson died Thursday November 9, 2006 in the Catherine Kasper Nursing Home.
Sister was born in Wilburton, Oklahoma on April 30, 1912 to Stanley and Anna Petrites.
Sister Maricita entered into the convent on June 27, 1929 and professed her first vows on June 25, 1931.
She spent her life in ministry as a teacher and as an administrator in the parochial school systems.
Sister is survived by a sister Helen Primer, Donaldson, Indiana and a sister –in – law, Helen Petrites, Highland, Indiana and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of the life of Sister Maricita Petrites, P.H.J.C. will be held on Sunday November 12, 2006 from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm in the Catherine Kasper Home, Union Road Donaldson with at wake service to be held at 7:00 pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial for sister will be held on Monday November 13, 2006 at 11:00 am in the Catherine Kasper Home.
Burial will follow in the Mount Carmel Cemetery, Donaldson, Indiana.
