Theresa N. Grubbs, 84, of Plymouth, passed away at 10:55 PM Wednesday, June 8, 2016 in the Plymouth – Miller’s Merry Manor.
Theresa was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania on December 16, 1931 to Vincent and Mary Angelina (Falvo) Fazio.
On August 9, 1991 in Knox, Indiana, Theresa married Gerald L. Grubbs; he preceded her in death on June 2, 2015.
Theresa graduated from Hammond High School in 1949. She was a home-maker and enjoyed reading and listening to music.
Theresa is survived by her sister; Esther Remec of Fishers, four nieces; Pam Hollis, Carol Banjura, Donna Mrskos, and Lisa Pasternak. Also surviving are her six nephews; Mike Fazio, Brian Fazio, Mark Fazio, Jim Fazio, Tom and Jim Schelfo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and one sister.
As per her request, no services will be held.
