Wanetta J. Denney

Wanetta J. Denney, 75, a longtime resident of Hickory Road, Argos, passed away on Saturday October 5, 2013 following a long illness.
Born in Bremen on July 23, 1938, Wanetta was the daughter of Walter and Minnie J. (Miller) Young. She attended Bourbon High School.
In Nappanee, Indiana on September 1, 1956, Wanetta married Ronald J. Denney. He preceded her in death on June 12, 2010.
During her lifetime, she worked for Wagner Industries and American Optical – Cabot Safety for over 30 years as a shipping clerk.
Wanetta loved traveling and time spent with her family. She was also an animal lover.
Wanetta is survived by her daughter, Shelley J. Mikkelborg of Silverdale, WA and her children: Quintin R. Lozier of Plymouth, Sierra U. Mikkelborg of Everett, WA, and Brandon R. Mikkelborg of Silverdale, WA, as well as, two great-grandchildren, Kyrie and Makayla Lozier.
Her surviving siblings are Carl Young of Elkhart, Lulu Polson of Bremen and Pearl Laverne Fischer of Bourbon.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Hilda Shearer, Marjorie Slabaugh, Loren Young, Lester Hall, Beulah Metzger, Helen Leeper and Noble Young.
Family services only will take place.
